Mapping the Inner Landscape: Collaging your Life Story
Date and Hour
Description
Description:
Ever wonder how you ended up where and who you are? In this 4 part series participants will be invited to create a map of their own unique life journey encompassing past, present and dreams for the future. Using the Hero’s Journey as a framework, participants will envision their life story as a personal myth which can be depicted in a meaningful work of art. Working with found images and text students will create a map of their own life experiences and development, which may then be used for self-examination and reflection. We will draw inspiration from maps new and old, a variety of artists, and Depth Psychological scholars.
